Baked Chicken and Parmesan Strips

Prep time: 5 minutes / Cook time: 25 minutes / Feeds:

8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloin
1 tbsp Lawry’s Garlic Salt
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp of butter melted
½ cup Lawry’s Spaghetti Sauce (premade from mix)
1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

1. Season chicken with garlic salt
2. Place chicken on a plate and brush with melted butter
3. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
4. Bread chicken and place on a greased foil wrapped baking sheet
5. Bake at 375F degrees for 10mins flip over and cook for an additional 10 mins
6. Remove from oven
7. Top each chicken tender with a spoonful of Lawry’s Spaghetti Sauce and some mozzarella cheese
8. Place chicken back into oven for an additional 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
