Baja Chipotle Chicken Sliders

When it comes to using leftovers, chicken is always a winner. I like to shred it from a rotisserie chicken or even a leftover chicken breast. You can add a little flavor and create a whole new dish. That's how I came up with chicken sliders for my family. We love both chipotle flavors and chicken, so it was only a matter of time before we combined them for a mouthful of flavors!
