There’s nothing “meh” about this salad. A quick vinaigrette of lemon, olive oil, and Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt transforms chopped kale into a totally satisfying dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving for texture and flavor so good, you might just want to keep this one to yourself.

For the vinaigrette, mix all ingredients except kale and Parmesan in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside.
Place kale in large bowl. Drizzle vinaigrette over top; toss to coat well. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
• Lemon juice helps soften the kale. You can also use baby kale if you don’t like the texture of regular kale.
• Shredded Parmesan cheese gives a stronger flavor and better texture to the salad. • If you don’t like heat, omit crushed red pepper - but never forget that Seasoned Salt!
