A Thanksgiving tradition in Tiffany’s family, individual Cornish hens make it feel like everyone has their own turkey! Brushed with oil and rubbed with Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt, these birds cook up juicy and beautiful, bursting with unique, savory flavor. Recipe credit: Tiffany Haddish.

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix thyme, rosemary, and seasoned salt in small bowl. Brush hens with oil. Place hens in shallow roasting pan. Rub seasoning mixture all over hens.
Roast 30 minutes or until hens are cooked through. Sprinkle with additional seasoned salt, if desired.
• Make sure you cover those hens with the seasoned salt mixture, even in those arm pits!
• Place some lemon slices under the hens so the skin doesn’t stick to the pan.
• Always wash your hands after touching poultry.
