Mix brown sugar with 1 teaspoon Seasoning. Rub on pork. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Sear all sides of pork. Place pork in slow cooker. Add stock and remaining seasoning mixture. Cover. Cook 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker. Set aside and keep warm.
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl. Slowly whisk soy mixture into slow cooker. Cover. Cook 30 minutes on HIGH. Serve broth with sliced pork, ramen noodles and desired toppings, such as bean sprouts, corn, scallions, and soft boiled egg.
