INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add stock, peas and seasonings. Bring to boil.
  • 2 Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.
