Preheat oven to 375°F. Place ribs on foil-lined baking pan. Rub Pork or Applewood Rub evenly over both sides of ribs. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Transfer ribs to grill.
Grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Cut into portions to serve.
used the rub on spare ribs and they came out delicious, rubbed the ribs with mustard first added rub and wrapped in foil the night before, and smoked them in our electric smoker the next day - amazing!!

I love the rub but don't have a grill to complete the cooking so they didn't turn out as well as they could have. How could I have finished them?
