These tender baby back ribs are coated in savory rub and slow cooked on the grill. Their taste makes you wish you made twice as much!
Rub Pork or Applewood Rub evenly over both sides of ribs. Cover with foil.
Grill ribs over indirect medium-low heat 2 to 3 hours or until tender, turning occasionally. Transfer ribs to lit side of grill.
Grill over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Cut into portions to serve.
•See Grill Mates® Know Your Heat for how to grill over indirect heat.
•Oven Cooking Method: Rub ribs as directed. Place in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 1 1/2 hours or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
used the rub on spare ribs and they came out delicious, rubbed the ribs with mustard first added rub and wrapped in foil the night before, and smoked them in our electric smoker the next day - amazing!!

I love the rub but don't have a grill to complete the cooking so they didn't turn out as well as they could have. How could I have finished them?

Broiling them will work, Shirley. Just keep an eye out to make sure they don't burn. ~Leslie
