Shake 1 tbsp. seasoning per 1 lb. chicken, pork or shrimp before grilling or broiling.
Belgian-Style White Ale Marinade: Mix 1/4 cup Seasoning, 1/2 cup Blue Moon® Belgian-Style White Ale or orange juice and 2 tbsp. oil. Marinate 2 lbs. chicken. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill or broil chicken until cooked through.

I use this to season 1/2 pound of jumbo shrimp. Place in a foil pouch over a bed of fresh cut corn, chopped zucchini and green onions. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and place on indirect heat for 15 minutes. Delicious!

I love this flavor! I use it for chicken, pork and veggies. If you have a spice grinder your can grind it very fine and use it to make a compound butter for corn on the cob or sprinkle it on popcorn!

This is the most perfect topping for a cedar-planked salmon! Just brush with a little olive oil and shake on top of the salmon. It is a match made in heaven!
