1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons apple cider or white vinegar

Southern Peach Marinade: Prepare marinade as directed, using 1/4 cup peach preserves in place of the oil. Use as a marinade for chicken.
BROWN SUGAR, SALT, SPICES AND HERBS (INCLUDING RED PEPPER, PARSLEY, GINGER, CINNAMON), ONION, GARLIC, ORANGE PEEL, CITRIC ACID, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, CORN MALTODEXTRIN, MALIC ACID, AND NATURAL FLAVOR (INCLUDING BRANDY).
1 tsp. dry mix (3.5g) (Seasons 1 tbsp. marinade)
Very good on chicken! I made it as the alternative recipe using peach preserves instead of oil. Very very good. The peach preserve gave it a nice sweet taste but it wasn't over powering. Everyone enjoyed it. Even some young kids who are usually picky about just about all foods had seconds.

I LOVE this marinade! It's the only one that I've found that cooks well with sweet potatoes. I put my marinated chicken on top of peeled large diced sweet potatoes, pour the leftover marinade all over the potatoes, cover and bake it in the oven. It's so good! I am having a little trouble finding it in the store lately though. McCormick, please send out more!

PLEASE BRING BACK THIS MARINADE! I've driven to 6 different grocery stores and searched online and can't find it. I have since recreated it from scratch at home but I still would like the original back
