Great rub for ribs. Doesn't take much. For extra tenderness rub with a shot or two of Jake Daniels, or more refined, Chivas Regal for at least 24 hours. Then low & slow cook the ribs for 4 hours with a bit of water before finishing on the low grill. Yum

I love many of the GrillMates blends, but this is my favorite for pork. I am a certified bbq jugde and this reminds me of competition flavors. A little hard to find-go to a bigger supermarket to find it in the display and buy a few.
