Rub generously on meat before grilling (about 2 tablespoons per 1 pound). Also great on chicken and in butter to season corn!

This is the closet thing I've found to the taste of the old, greatly missed (discontinued) McCormick spare rib cooking bag. It's a bit spicier, though. I cook my (usually boneless) pork ribs seasoned with this in my dutch oven. Delicious!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this stuff! I was running low on this and went to the grocer to buy some more only to find that they had run out. :( It took me a week and three other stores before I could snag some more. I bought 2 containers because I was afraid of running out. My favorite use is to rub this on thick pork chops with a pat of butter and laid out on a bed of apples and onions and baked. I can't wait to use other applications.
