  • I like this product on pork ribs too. I get my Grill-mates rubs at Wegmans Supermarkets. They have a very good line-up of rubs and marinades from McCormmick.

Stores often vary their inventories so it’s best to make your grocer aware when your favorite product is missing from the shelves, Peg. In the meantime, please email your zip code to and we’ll try to locate stores in your area that have been selling it. ~Leslie

  • This is the single greatest rub available. It develops a great crust on meats. I use it on steaks and it is wonderful it particularly makes venison taste even more fantastic.

  • The absolute best rub I have ever used. I can no longer find it in any of the stores in my area. I used it on every type of meat. No other rub can compare. I don't know if it is the coffee that does it but I and my friends miss the cowboy rub. Was hoping to be able to buy it here but no joy.

  • My wife and I grill flank steak, generally once a week, year round. We have tried a lot of different rubs. Cowboy Rub is the best we've found. It accentuates the beef flavor and adds to a great crust. Because we were only able to find it seasonally at first, spring and summer, we would buy 3-4 jars at a time. Now we cannot find it at all. Why?
