ALL YOU NEED:
1 package Grill Mates Seasoning Mix
1 lb. ground beef
4 hamburger rolls
MIX ground beef and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF).
SERVE on rolls with desired condiments and toppings.
Makes 4 servings.
•Mushroom & Onion Cheeseburgers: Top burgers with Swiss and provolone cheese and sautéed onions and mushrooms.
•Mushroom Blue Burgers: Add ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese to ground beef mixture. Top burgers with grilled red onion slices.
ONION, GARLIC, SALT, MUSHROOM, SPICES (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER, YEAST EXTRACT, HYDROLYZED CORN GLUTEN, SOY PROTEIN, AND WHEAT GLUTEN, VINEGAR, MOLASSES, SUGAR, AND NATURAL FLAVOR.
2 tsp. dry mix (6g)
I thick cut sliced giant portabello mushrooms, lightly brushed them with olive oil and sprinkled the steakhouse mushroom burger seasoning all over them. I placed the mushrooms on the grill in my veggie basket . They were incredible ! With flavorful McCormick spices like this I will eat more veggies !
