Rub pork chops on both sides with Jamaican jerk seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until lightly browned
Mix pineapple and brown sugar. Spoon mixture around and over chops. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pork chops are desired doneness
Remove chops to serving plate. Cook and stir pan juices on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes ou until thickened. Spoon over pork chops
