  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
  • 8 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup French's® White Cheddar Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1 cup canned black beans or red kidney, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese
  • 1 Garnish: sour cream, green onions, cilantro

Instructions

  • COOK beef in skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes until browned; drain. Stir in salsa and Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • PLACE lettuce on salad plates. Spoon meat mixture over lettuce, dividing evenly. Top with remaining ingredients. If desired, garnish with sour cream and green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
