- 2 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and patted dry
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup French's® Crispy Fried Onions Seasoned Coatings Mix

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 5 to 6 wedges.
- 2 Place potato wedges in large bowl. Add oil, tossing to coat evenly. Place Coating Mix in shallow dish or pie plate. Dip wedges in Coating Mix until evenly covered, pressing to adhere to potatoes. Discard any remaining Coating Mix. Place coated potato wedges on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and coating is crispy. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, ketchup, or barbecue sauce.
