Ingredients 8 Servings

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 3 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup French's® Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 teaspoon fresh sage

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Arrange squash, cut sides down, on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until very tender.
  • 2 SCRAPE flesh from squash; In medium bowl mash squash, brown sugar, Mustard and butter. Stir in 1/2 cup Onions, 1/4 cup blue cheese and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 PLACE squash mixture in 1-quart baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining Onions and blue cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until Onions are golden.
