COMBINE mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside.
COMBINE beef, Worcestershire, 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions and seasonings. Form into 4 patties. Grill over high heat until juices run clear (160°F internal temperature).
PLACE burgers on rolls. Top each with mustard sauce, avocado slices, sprouts and remaining Crispy Onions, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls. (For a low carb diet, omit bun.)
