Ingredients 8 Servings

  • 1 (11 oz.) pkg. refrigerated thin pizza crust
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 ounce prosciutto
  • 1 cup French's® Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Unroll dough and place on baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes or until light golden.
  • 2 SPRINKLE cheese, prosciutto, tomato and Onions evenly over crust. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and Onions are golden.
  • 3 TOSS arugula with balsamic vinegar. Spread evenly over flatbread. Cut and serve.
