Mix 2 tbsp. maple syrup, 2 tbsp. unsalted butter and 1 tsp. Rosemary Smoked Grilling Salt. Set aside. Microwave 4 medium sweet potatoes on HIGH 5 minutes or until almost tender, turning halfway through cooking. Let stand 2 minutes. Cut sweet potatoes crosswise into ¼-inch thick slices. Brush syrup mixture on both sides of potato slices. Grill potatoes over medium-high heat 5 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender, turning and basting often with syrup mixture.
Brush 2 bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/2 pounds) with 2 teaspoons oil. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Rosemary Smoked Grilling Salt. Grill pork chops over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
