From the City’s earliest days, the Spanish have left their mark on New Orleans cuisine and culture. Our Spanish style rice mix combines perfectly spiced whole grain brown rice, bell peppers and white beans for a convenient weeknight side dish or dinner starter.

Usage Tips

Stove Top Directions:
Mix 1 1/2 cups water and 1 Tbsp. butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil. Add rice mix. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.

For softer rice: Simmer an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
