  • 1/2 cup Cholula® Mexicali Wing Sauce
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, optional
  • Lime wedges, optional
  • Cotija crema, optional

Spice up your wing game with Cholula® Mexicali Wing Sauce. The bold and tangy notes of Cholula® wing sauce combined with cilantro, lime, and Cotija create a delicious coating that will have you reaching for more. These crispy Mexicali wings pack a punch of flavor with every bite and are the perfect fusion of spicy and savory.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange wings in single layer on large foil-lined pan.
  2. Bake on lowest oven rack 30 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.
  3. Place wings and Wing Sauce in large bowl; toss until well coated. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges and Cotija crema, if desired.

Tip: To make your own Cotija crema, simply mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt in small bowl until smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons crumbled Cotija cheese. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
