Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Stir water and Rice Mix into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in green beans. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff rice with fork before serving. Sprinkle with almonds.
