Zatarain's® Boiled Crabs

A seafood boil is a South Louisiana tradition and crabs are a favorite any time of the year. Start with Zatarain’s Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil and you can’t go wrong.

  • Bring water, Crab Boil Bag, salt and lemon to boil in large saucepot

  • Place crabs carefully in liquid. Return to boil

  • Boil crabs vigorously for 5 minutes. Let stand 15-20 minutes before removing crabs from liquid.

Cooking tip

Test Kitchen Tip: To make crabs easier to pick, add 2 tablespoons vinegar to water.
