A seafood boil is a South Louisiana tradition and crabs are a favorite any time of the year. Start with Zatarain’s Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil and you can’t go wrong.
Bring water, Crab Boil Bag, salt and lemon to boil in large saucepot
Place crabs carefully in liquid. Return to boil
Boil crabs vigorously for 5 minutes. Let stand 15-20 minutes before removing crabs from liquid.
Test Kitchen Tip: To make crabs easier to pick, add 2 tablespoons vinegar to water.
