  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 large white onion chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) diced tomatoes and chilies such as Rotel®
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

    used this in moderation for a corn boil for our towns July 4th picnic. Had folks coming back for more 4-5 times!

    An absolute must for any shrimp boil. I grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and this was THE seasoning found in EVERY home to use for crawfish, shrimp, and crab boils. I'm cooking some lagniappe (...a little something extra) TONIGHT for my girlfriend. This is a fantastic product! I just don't like the spice bags as well as I do this product. A little really does go a LONG WAY for about 20-24 quart pot of "Gulf Coast Cuisine".
