My wife seems to have a fetish for small jars of expensive mustards. A few are great, many are OK, and some are just awful. So I was a little skeptical when she came home with Zatarain's Creole mustard... but I was wrong - this stuff is the JAM. Great texture, not overly creamy. And its rich and flavorful without falling into any of the easy traps, like being overly hot or overly garlicy - pure deliciousness. Great on all kinds of meats, and makes a great honey-mustard.

Thera are a lot of "spicy" mustards out there, but you can skip them all. This is as good as the expensive German style mustards on the market, and for a fraction of the price.
