Seafood Steamers are an easy way to dress up weeknight meals. One pouch contains everything you need for perfectly seasoned steamed fish or shrimp.
Cream Solids (Milk), Nonfat Dry Milk, Butter [Cream (Milk), Salt], Garlic, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Onion, Herb And Spice, Xanthan Gum, Silicon Dioxide (Added To Make Free Flowing), Cultured Whey (Milk), Soy Lecithin, And Annatto Extract.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 6 to 7 minutes Stand Time: 5 minutes You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick® Seafood Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag 1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or thawed (about 1/2-inch thick)* 2/3 cup cold water MIX Seasoning and water with whisk until well blended. Place opened Steaming Bag in 2-quart microwavable dish. Arrange fish in single layer in Bag. POUR seasoning mixture over fish in Bag to coat evenly. Close Bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape. MICROWAVE on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open Bag. Remove fish; stir sauce before serving. * For salmon or thicker fish fillets, cut fish into 4 serving-size pieces and increase water to 3/4 cup. Makes 4 servings. Microwave ovens vary; cook times are approximate. For Shrimp: Use 1lb. peeled and deveined shrimp (31 to 40 count). Decrease water to ½ cup. Microwave on HIGH 3 ½ minutes. Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare fish as directed in Steps 1 and 2 using 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in lower half of oven 18 to 20 minutes.
