Makes 8 servings.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 pkg. McCormick® Organic Seasoning Mix
2 tbsp. oil, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 medium onion, cut into thin strips
1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup water
8 tortillas (6-inch), warmed

(To prepare gluten free version of this recipe, read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten free.)

Assorted Toppings: shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream

DIRECTIONS
1. HEAT 1 tbsp. of oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp. oil. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Return meat to skillet.
2. STIR in water and Seasoning Mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
3. SPOON into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.

TRY THIS TWIST!
PORTOBELLO FAJITAS: Prepare Fajita filling as directed above except substitute 12 oz. Portobello mushrooms, cut into 1/2-inch strips for the chicken.
