Discontinued in June 2015. Mole Poblano is an authentic Mexican sauce made of ground chiles, spices and chocolate served over meat. It is the best known of all mole varieties. Mole Poblano originated in the state of Puebla in Mexico.

It is typically used over cooked chicken parts and garnished with sesame seeds, and served with rice and corn tortillas. Mole can also be served in enchiladas.
