Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Starch, Salt, Beef Fat, Hydrolyzed Soy, Wheat, And Corn Protein, Onion, Caramel Color, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Spices (Including White Pepper), Garlic, Natural Flavor, Disodium Inosinate And Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers), Extractives Of Paprika, And Yeast Extract.

All You Need:
1 pkg McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
1 cup cold water
1. STIR water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan.
2. STIRRING frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.) Serve over beef, hot meal sandwiches, or mashed potatoes.
• Serve over beef, mashed potatoes, meat loaf, hot meat sandwiches or noodles.
• Use in stew, stir-fry or slow cooker recipes.
Microwave Directions: Stir water into Gravy Mix in 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute.
Homestyle Brown Gravy:Use 1/4 cup beef pan drippings and 3/4 cup water instead of 1 cup water to prepare gravy.
Herbed Mushroom Brown Gravy: Use 3/4 cup water to prepare gravy. Stir 1 cup chopped or sliced sautéed mushrooms and 1/4 teaspoon. McCormick® Thyme Leaves into prepared gravy.
Creamy Brown Gravy: Use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water instead of 1 cup water to prepare gravy.
