• 1 pkg. McCormick Applewood BBQ Chicken Skillet Sauce
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken tenders or thighs
• 1 onion, cut in wedges
HEAT oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 10 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned, turning once.
STIR in Sauce. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
To Prepare in Slow Cooker: Place 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts and 1 onion, cut into wedges, in 4-quart slow cooker. Pour Sauce over top. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
