Makes 6 servings.
1 pkg. McCormick Herb Roasted Chicken Oven Bake Sauce
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 cups potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1. PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking pan.
2. POUR Sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables.
3. BAKE in preheated 400° oven 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Stir sauce before serving.
For Bone-In Chicken: Use 2 1/2 lbs. bone-in chicken parts. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Chicken and Green Beans: Substitute 1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen green beans for the potatoes and carrots.
