For perfectly smooth chicken gravy that's a snap to prepare, start with McCormick® Chicken Gravy Mix and add chicken drippings from the roasting pan.

Makes 8 (1/4-cup) servings.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup chicken drippings

2 packages McCormick® Chicken Gravy Mix

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour water and chicken drippings into medium saucepan. Stir in Gravy Mixes with wire whisk until smooth.

2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)
