1. In large resealable plastic bag, pour 1/4 cup Lawry's® Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice over zucchini; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
2. Remove zucchini from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil zucchini, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining Marinade, 6 minutes or until tender; coarsely chop.
3. Toss zucchini with pine nuts, then top with cheese.
