1. Brown ground meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat, if desired.
2. Stir in Taco or Hot Taco Spices & Seasonings and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon meat mixture into taco shells. Serve with assorted toppings.
Chili Con Queso Dip: Prepare as directed in Steps 1 and 2, simmering for 3 minutes. Add 1 package (8 ounces) process cheese, cubed. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Spicy Chicken Wings: Grill, broil, deep-fry or bake 2 pounds chicken wings until cooked through. Meanwhile, mix 1 package Hot Taco Spices & Seasonings, 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons ketchup in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 2 tablespoon butter until melted. Toss with chicken wings in large bowl.
