1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir until tender. Remove from skillet.
2. Brown ground beef in same skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat, if desired.
3. Stir in Fajitas Spices & Seasonings and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return vegetables to skillet. Add tomato; cooked until heated through.
4. Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
Chicken or Steak Fajitas: Prepare as directed, using 1 pound thinly sliced chicken or steak in place of the ground beef. Cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until browned.
