1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes,
2. Stir in Chicken Taco Spices & Seasonings and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Serve with assorted toppings.
Chicken Quesadillas: Prepare as directed in Steps 1 and 2. Stir in 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles. Spread chicken mixture on 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas. Top each with a second flour tortilla. Place quesadillas on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
