LAWRY'S® ASIAN STYLE BEEF & BROCCOLI

Makes: 4 servings.
 

LAWRY'S® ASIAN STYLE BEEF & BROCCOLI

Ingredients

2 tablespoons oil

4 cups broccoli florets

1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

1 1/4 cups water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 package Lawry's® Asian Style Beef & Broccoli

Directions

1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli; cook and stir 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add beef; cook and stir 5 minutes or until desired doneness.

2. Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Add to skillet; stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat and boil 1 minute or just until sauce is thickened.

3. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.

Orange Beef & Broccoli: Prepare as directed, using 1 1/4 cups orange juice in place of the water.
