ITALIAN CHICKEN & VEGETABLE SKILLET

ITALIAN CHICKEN & VEGETABLE SKILLET

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as string beans, asparagus, yellow squash, zucchini, bell pepper and onion

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt

1 cup grape tomatoes

Directions

1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.

2. Stir in vegetables, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened and chicken is cooked through.
