1. Preheat oven to 425°. In 13 x 9-inch metal baking or roasting pan, combine oil with onions. Arrange roast on onion mixture. Season with black pepper seasoned salt. Cut slits in roast and insert garlic.
2. Bake 20 minutes. Decrease heat to 350° and bake 1 hour or until desired doneness. Remove roast from pan and let rest 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, add Lawry's® Brown Gravy Mix blended with water to pan, scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan. Cook over medium-high heat until smooth. Add butter and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until gravy is thickened. Serve gravy with sliced roast beef.
