Building the Perfect Gourmet Burger



When it comes to burgers you’re not limited to beef. That’s right; tuna, halibut, soy, lamb, chicken and turkey—even portabella mushrooms—make delicious beef alternatives.

There are many ways to add new flavors to beef burgers, too.
