Tomato and Smoked Paprika Coulis

Serves: Makes 1 cup or 8 (2-tablespoon) servings.

  • Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender.

  • Transfer shallots to food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
