For a taste of the holidays, add rum flavor to turkey gravy.
Stir turkey pan drippings and water gradually into gravy mix with whisk in medium saucepan or skillet. Stir in poultry seasoning and pumpkin pie spice.
Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Stir in rum flavor. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.)
