Herbed Mushroom Brown Gravy: Use 3/4 cup water to prepare gravy. Stir 1 cup chopped or sliced sautéed mushrooms and 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves into prepared gravy.
Creamy Brown Gravy: Use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water instead of 1 cup water to prepare gravy.
