McCormick® Gluten-Free Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix gives you a head start to preparing this hearty vegetable spaghetti sauce.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in Sauce Mix, water and tomato paste until well blended.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over gluten-free pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
