A sweetly spiced butter that’s great at any meal. Serve on toast, muffins, scones and quick breads. Or toss with hot cooked carrots or sweet potatoes.
Mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended and smooth. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For easy slicing, spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1-inch in diameter. Refrigerate until firm.
