Spice Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potatoes and onion with oil and orange juice in large bowl. Mix roasted cinnamon, salt and chipotle chili pepper in small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over potatoes. Toss again to coat well.

  • Spread sweet potato mixture in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or just until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown.
