Roasted Asparagus

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix nutmeg, garlic salt and red pepper in small bowl. Place asparagus in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Drizzle asparagus with oil; roll to coat. Sprinkle with spice mixture; roll to coat.

  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until asparagus are tender-crisp, turning once.

    I made this for the first time and I was surprised how tasty and easy it was. At first, I wasn't sure because of the odd combination of spices, but like Megan said earlier, "it was perfectly salty, spicy and delicious".

    Made this and it was so tasty! loved it! definitely not a spice combo I ever would have thought of but it was perfectly salty, spicy, and delicious.
