Garlic & Herb Panko-Breaded Tomatoes

Transform tomatoes into a delicious side dish by dipping slices in a tangy dressing, coating in panko bread crumbs and baking until crisp and browned.

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning in shallow bowl. Mix vinegar, honey and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning in another bowl. Dip each slice of tomato into vinegar mixture then coat in panko mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until coating is lightly browned.
