This easy, all-purpose seasoning blend from the Brazilian state of Bahia is known as tempero baiano in Brazilian Portuguese. It adds zest to many savory dishes including seafood, vegetables, soups and stews.

Servings: 11 (1/4 teaspoon)
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground White Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 2 Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place.
